An excellent choice for those looking for a private hospital in a quiet and peaceful environment.
Three Shires placed my care foremost right from first contact to the moment of discharge. All the staff I came into contact with provided a level of service and support that exceeded my expectation.

As a self funded patient I think your consultants shoukdknow the correct prices for treatment. Before procedure the department did update me on pricing. I wasnot happy after that blue circle group then sent me a larger bill. I emailed to query the bill and automatic email reply said I would be contacted 5 working days. I was never contacted and no one called or emailed to apologise for the error which I don't feel is good enough

The staff at the hospital helped me feel totally at ease every step of the way.
Previous experiences of surgery and the associated fears I had were removed by the care offered by the staff here.
Also the food was pretty amazing too, what more you you ask for? get fix and fed in a day, amazing.

I would totally recommend The Three Shires Hospital. I would have liked to have given 5 stars regarding the staff that looked after me but there was one member of the nursing team that I found to be rather insensitive and dismissive regarding my anxiety. However, all of the others were exceptionally caring and I cant thank them enough for the work that they do.

All of the staff at Three Shires were wonderful. The nurses were cheerful, positive, caring and attentive which is brilliant when you’re not feeling well.
For once I wasn’t desperate to leave the hospital!

The nursing staff throughout my operation were amazing. I was made to feel cared for from my arrival through to departure. Despite being busy they always seemed to find time to explain and reassure.

The hospital is well organised and all the staff looked after me well, except that I felt pressured and rushed into going home only a few hours after my day case general anaesthetic surgery. I wasn't in a strong enough state to resist, but with hindsight I wish I'd stayed longer to recover and perhaps overnight.
